3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. 4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
INSTAGRAM: During the Promotional Period, earn an entry by following @MotoAmerica and @Daytona, liking the Promotion Post, commenting your favorite part of the Daytona 200, and tagging who you are bringing. 6. PRIZE
One (1) Prize Winner will be awarded: two (2) 3-day tickets (value $190) to MotoAmerica Superbikes at Road America (May 29–31, 2026), one Cardo Systems Packtalk Pro (value $399), and the opportunity to present trophies to Supersport race winners. THE PRIZE DOES NOT INCLUDE TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATIONS, TRANSPORTATION, FOOD, PARKING OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL COSTS, WHICH ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PRIZE WINNER.
7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS
The Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about February 27, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The winner will be directly messaged by @MotoAmerica on February 27, 2026. If the potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours, they will forfeit the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. PRIZE CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or approximate retail value. No cash substitutions allowed. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable. All applicable taxes and expenses are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
10. PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY
By entering the Promotion, Entrants and the Prize Winner consent to use of their name, likeness, image, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law. 11. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By entering the Promotion, each Entrant releases and discharges the Sponsor, Promotion Partners, and all Released Entities from any and all liability in connection with this Promotion, including personal injuries, death, damage to property, or rights of publicity or privacy.

In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone tampering with the entry process and to modify, suspend, extend, cancel or terminate the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
