HOLDER ACCEPTS RISK OF INJURY AND CONSENTS TO USE OF HOLDER IN BROADCASTS. This ticket is a revocable license granted only to ticket holder (“Holder”) by the event organizers (“Management”). Management may revoke the license and eject or refuse entry to the Holder for violation of these terms, facility rules, protocols, guidelines, requirements, and/or policies, or any other reason as determined by Management without refund. Holder understands that participating in or spectating racing activities involves risks and is inherently dangerous, and voluntarily accepts and assumes all risk of loss, damage or injury, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including without limitation the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury. By using this ticket to enter the premises, Holder is deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound these terms and conditions, releases from any liability, including without limitation negligence, and covenants not to sue Krave Group, LLC d/b/a MOTOAMERICA (“MotoAmerica”), the American Motorcyclist Association, FIM North America, promoters, race track facility owners, organizers, participants (riders, teams, officials and others), racing associations, sanctioning organizations, sponsors, television production companies or broadcasters, or any affiliates or subsidiaries of any of the foregoing, including any manager, agent, employee, officer, member, or director of any of the above.

Holder has no expectation of privacy at the events, and irrevocably grants to MotoAmerica and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the right to use Holder’s image, likeness, voice, action and/or statements in any broadcast, telecast, photograph, film, video or other media of the event(s) for which this ticket provides admission. Holder grants MotoAmerica an irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual, royalty-free right and license to use and sub-license such image, likeness, voice, action, and/or statements in any media worldwide. Holder releases MotoAmerica from liability for and waives any and all claims Holder may have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or infringement of copyright. Management owns all rights to all images, accounts, descriptions, sounds, and other media of the event.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, counterfeit or damaged tickets. Ticket may not be resold at a price higher than that on the ticket. Ticket may not be used for advertising or promotional activities (including contests or sweepstakes) without the express written consent of Management. Holder consents that Holder or Holder’s belongings may be searched as a condition of entry. If race is postponed, the ticket will be honored on the date the race is held.
