Vision Wheel M4 ECSTAR Suzuki’s Richie Escalante earned provisional pole for Saturday’s 82nd running of the Daytona 200 with a lap record of 1:47.833. Last year, Escalante was in a battle at the front with Josh Herrin when the two came together in turn one and Escalante crashed. To say that the Mexican is determined to make up for that on Saturday is an understatement.
